Notes:
This chiller is in PARTIAL working condition.  We filled with water and looped the inlet to the outlet and switched on. The temperature display came up and then the PUMP FAILURE message shown displayed and would not go away.  The pump was making a funny noise from power-on to power-off.  We are not sure what may be wrong with this unit. It is being sold AS/IS. No other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
