    Description

    This is a stunning hand carved and stained Pintail Drake Decorative Decoy made by artist, Robert J. Kelly of  Ontario, Canada.  It is named Pintail Drake and is signed by the artist and dated 1993 on the bottom.  It is in virtually perfect condition and still has the original tag.  (The gold tag cord is still visible in the photos around its neck.  It is finished with transparent stains which allow the beauty of the wood grain to show through.  It measures about 14.5 inches from the end of its tail to the tip of its beak, a bit smaller than life size.
    This is a personal favorite.  Mr. Kelly has a website which features his carvings and they must be in great demand, they are so well done.  E
