The image above shows where the pump should be and the image below shows where the tank mixer should be.
These images shown where someone has messed with the wires going into the compressor.  Primarily it appears that the thermal sensor for the compressor can has been knocked loose and the power wires cut.  It looks like a case of vandalism but we don't know why.
