    You are purchasing a Kips Big Boy tie clasp that were issued to the Managers to wear. This was never issued.
    It has
    been stored in its plastic bag for over 25 yrs. The clasp is 2 1/4" long, and the Big Boy is about 1" tall. On the back side it says "Made in Taiwan ", and has the Trademarks RCW and FRI.  FRI stands for Frisch's Restaurants Inc, and I believe the RCW if the Kip's trademark.
