Rare and Authentic, Handmade Large Thai Temple Bell; Heavy cast bronze and brass metal with embossed elephant and flower design. Unique, ornate scroll design along top and base rim. Top handle is decorated with dragons. Antique style in bronze brown color tones. Made to resemble the traditional old Buddhist temple bells that are so prevalent throughout Thailand. Elephant bell has very nice ringing tone from its thick bronze and brass clapper. Bring feng shui into your home or office with the good luck of the elephant and its upward facing trunk. It is solid cast metal and very heavy. The bell was made to look like an old antique in a bronze brown tone similar to some of the original Buddhist bells. This heavy meditation bell was hand forged in Thailand by bronze smiths. It was made as a cultural rendition of a ritual bell that is used in the Buddhist temples of many Asian countries.
