Description：
CW-3000DG is a professional cooling machine referring to the international, advanced thermolysis cooling system design, suitable for small water-cooled cooling devices. Economic cooling equipment, is easy to install and operate, compact and easily movable.
Application:
It is designed for cooling the one CO2 glass laser tube under 60W/80W of the laser engraving and cutting machine.

Installation:
1. Open the package and check the machine and all accessories.
2. Open the mouth screw on the top of machine, then add cooling water(Please don't activate the machine without water).
3. Connect the inlet and outlet hose between water cooler and laser engraving machine.
4. Connect the power cable, turn on the power switch(Note: Don't let the water overflow).
5. Check the radiator water level again(Keep that the distance between water level and mouth is 80-150mm).
Maintenance:
Owing to long use of cooling machine, you should open the machine and clean the dust in order to ensure good heat dissipation.
You can use non-corrosive antifreeze if you are in the northern cold regions.
Cautions:
1. A cooler water condition in the absence of electricity is prohibited!
2. Location placed cooler should select a well-ventilated and dry environment, away from other heat sources. Outlet of the back of the cooler should be away from obstruction for more than 30cm(11.8''), both sides of the inlet should be away from obstructions for more than 10cm(3.9'').
3. When the cooling machine is useless for too long or in transportation, it must be empty of water.
4. CW3000DG water chiller is equipped with high speed fans inside, which is unable to control the water temperature.
5. To protect the laser tube, cooling fan will suspend the work when the water temperature is low(approx. 10℃), and it will continue to work when the water temperature rise to higher(approx. 20℃).
6. The appliance is not to be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or a lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction. Children are supervised not to play with the appliance!
